1.1 Purpose of this document

This Privacy Policy explains how Global RSS collects, processes, stores, and uses data associated with user accounts and RSS feeds generated or managed through the Platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of the tools available in the Dashboard, you agree to the terms described here.

1.2 Description of the Platform

Global RSS is a global RSS platform that indexes the web from open RSS sources through a crawling system and exposes structured information in the form of RSS feeds. The Platform displays titles, URLs, text content, images, and date/time associated with RSS items, and provides tools for generating, validating, analyzing, and distributing RSS feeds.

To access advanced features such as the RSS Generator, Validator, and tools, users can create a Dashboard account. The following data is stored in the database when an account is created:

2.1 Account fields

Email: The email address used for login, account communication, and validation.

If the account is not activated within 15 days, it is automatically deleted from the system. The user may then create a new account if desired.

2.3 Login and password management

Login to the Dashboard is performed using the email and password defined at registration.

External password reset (FrontPage): Users can initiate a password reset process via the public interface using their email address.

Internal password change (BackPage): After logging in, users can change their password from within the Dashboard.

User Rights in the RSS Generator

An active user account on the Global RSS Platform grants full access to the RSS Generator and all related tools.

3.1 Actions available to active users

Users can create personalized RSS feeds, save them in the database, distribute them automatically across the RSS web, and fully manage their feeds.

They can edit, update, and permanently delete any RSS feed they have created, ensuring complete control over the generated content.

These operations are available exclusively to authenticated users, providing a high level of protection and data integrity.

3.2 RSS data processed

The Platform processes and may store the following RSS data:

Title, URL, text content, images, date/time associated with RSS items.

This data is used to generate custom feeds, display content in the interface, and distribute RSS feeds created by users.

Section 4

Account Deletion and Support Center

4.1 User‑initiated account deletion

The Global RSS Platform allows users to delete their accounts freely, directly from the interface, without requiring a request to the administrative team. The deletion process is complete and permanent, and all data associated with the account is removed in accordance with the Platform’s internal procedures.

After deletion, access to the Dashboard, RSS Generator, RSS Validator, and all Platform tools is automatically revoked. The user may create a new account later if they wish to return to the Platform.

4.2 Communication and Support System – Support Center

The Global RSS Platform provides users with a dedicated communication channel with the administrative team, known as the Support Center. This system allows users to submit requests, report technical issues, flag potential security incidents, and obtain assistance related to their account, RSS feeds, or Platform functionalities.

The Support Center is designed to ensure efficient and professional communication between users and administrators, contributing to the stability, safety, and quality of the services offered by Global RSS.

The Global RSS Platform does not currently offer premium services or subscriptions and does not process payments directly through the Platform. All available features can be accessed without making a direct payment to Global RSS.
